The Mesteno house plan is a rambler house plan featuring a master suite on the main level as well as a guest suite, the great room open to the kitchen, and large mudroom off of the garage.  The lower level has room for additional bedrooms, a family room, kitchenette and storage.  The Mesteno plan is shown here in a Tuscan style, but it can be purchased with other elevation options.
