The Amelia is a rambler house plan. The main level features the master bedroom suite as well as 2 additional bedrooms. The living room, laundry room, mudroom and a large entryway are also on the main level.  The lower level has space for additional bedrooms, a large family room, a game room and extra storage space.  The Amelia is shown here in a Mediterranean elevation but it can be ordered in other exterior styles.
