The Amiens is a two story house plan.  The main level features a large open concept great room, formal living and dining rooms, a mud room off of the garage and a large covered deck that spans the back of the home.  The upper level has four bedrooms including a large master bedroom suite which includes a sitting area and private deck.  The upper level also features a laundry room and additional closet space.  The lower level has space for additional bedrooms, a large family and game room and a kitchen.  This home also has an optional detached third car garage connected to the home by a portico. The Amiens is shown here in a french country style exterior but can be purchased in other elevation options.
