Coldwater is a two story house plan.  The main level features an open concept kitchen and great room area, a dinning room, study and mud room off of the garage.  The upper level has the master bedroom suite and 2 additional bedrooms, the laundry room and optional bonus space that can be used as game area or play space.  The lower level has space for additional bedrooms, a family room and theater area as well as a food room.  The Coldwater plan is shown here in a french country style but it can be purchased in other exterior style options.
