The Maple Ridge is a two story house plan, originally designed for a lot with a dramatic slope.  The main level features the master bedroom suite, a study, and the open concept kitchen and great room.  The upper level has 2 additional bedrooms, a bathroom and a loft. The lower level has a 3 car garage and space for a mudroom, family room and another bedroom. The Maple Ridge is shown here in a craftsman style but can be purchased in other exterior style options.  It can also be modified to fit a lot that is not sloped by moving the garage up to the main level.
