The Newpark is a large two story house plan.  The main level features the master bedroom suite, a large open concept great room, a study, the mud room off of the garage and two additional bedrooms.  The upper level has three bedrooms as well as a flex room and a loft areas open to the great room below.  The lower level has space for additional bedrooms, a theater and a large family room.  This home also has a three car garage.  The Newpark is shown here in a modern style exterior but can be purchased in other elevation options.
