The Basin is a two story house plan. The main level features the open concept kitchen and great room area, a mudroom off of the 2 car garage and a living room.  The upper level has 4 bedrooms including the mater bedroom suite as well as the laundry room and a flex room or loft area.  The lower level has space for an additional bedroom, family room and craftroom and cold storage.  The Basin plan is shown here in a craftsman elevation but can be purchased in other exterior style options.
