The Palo Alto is a two story house plan. The main level features a large great room and kitchen area, a guest room suite which could also serve as a master bedroom, the laundry room and a mudroom off of the three car garage. The upper level has the master bedroom suite as well as an additional bedroom and a loft open to the great room below.  The lower level has space for a family room, bedrooms and a bonus pre-cast space which could be used as storage or a theatre. The Palo Alto is shown here in a modern style but can be purchased in additional exterior options.
