Silverlake is a two story house plan. The main level features the master bedroom suite, a large study, the open concept kitchen and great room area, the laundry room and a scullary. The upper level has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a loft open to the great room below as well as optional bonus space in the attic.  The lower level has space for a family room, additional bedrooms and a fruit room. Silverlake is shown here in a traditional style but it can be purchased in other exterior elevation options.
