The Woodhaven is a two story house plan.  The main level features the master bedroom suite, a great room, a den off of the front door and the mud/laundry room off of the garage.  The upper level has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom a loft area and space open to the great room below.  The lower level has space for additional bedrooms, a game room or family room and another bathroom as well as storage. The Woodhaven is shown here in a mountain rustic exterior style but can be purchased in other elevation options.
