The Summit is a two story house plan with a walk-out basement. The main level has a large great room, the laundry room, the study and a full bathroom.  The upper level features the master bedroom suite and 2 additional bedrooms as well as a loft area open to the great room below.  The lower level has the garage and space for a family room and another bathroom.  The Summit plan can be altered for a standard basement and it is shown here in a mountain rustic elevation style, but it can be purchased in other exterior options.
